Rest and self-care are not just luxuries; they are necessities for healing. Through my practice of reflexology and Yin yoga, I emphasize pauses in our busy lives. Yes, I not only practice Foot Reflexology, I'm also a Yoga Teacher/personal instructor specializing in Yin Yoga.

I work independently and I am inspired by travel. I bring my academic knowledge to places I visit. I love to share, communicate and care wherever I am.

Great relaxing reflexology session with Erika

I was happy to have two sessions with Erika. They were powerful sessions that disconnected me form my day-to-day behaviours and patterns. A welcome relief and a great way to achieve total relaxation. It almost felt like my brain was being rewired, and new neural pathways were created. Reflexology with Erika is not just a sensory experience. I know that the highest concentration of nerve endings converge at the feet. And, each nerve endings have a connection (a reference) to different parts of the body. So, a skilled reflexology practitioner like Erika knows how to focus her attention to whatever my bodily needs are for that day. She is knowledgeable and works skilfully and methodically, with lots of compassion and care. I would highly recommend her services.
